2018  – Mock Voting – Teaching kids how voting works by having a mock election on election day (5/2018).  Student results reflected actual results.

Fall 2018 – Tobacco 21 – Students work to pass T21 Legislation – raising the age to purchase tobacco and vaping products from 18 to 21.  Hartford is the 1st city in the state to pass this legislation.  State passes legislation 2019.

December 2019 – T21 continued – Community Conversation with Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin,  discussion T21 and other topics of interest to youth

T 21 – Summer 2018 – Doing research to learn about tobacco and vaping products.
